Selling Through Angel Auctions
Items or consignments can be brought to our Auction House where a valuer will always be on hand to give advice. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange to visit you. There are no charges for either of these initial consultations.
Reserve prices can be agreed on items placed for sale in any auction we hold. Angel Auctions reserve the right to sell within a 15% of any reserve price.
Commission Charges
Once an item, or collection has been consigned and sold, commission is deducted from the hammer price, currently this charge is:
16.5%
(Please note that we have a minimum commission charge of £2.50 per Lot sold).
Each Lot entered for auction will be subject to a £2.50 Lotting/Administration fee.
Each Lot will also incur a 1.5% Insurance & Damage fee.
These charges are inclusive.
We cannot currently arrange for transportation of goods to our Auction House. However, for larger consignments or large collections, we can arrange transportation, a fee minimum applies which we will discuss if this service is required.
We work on a 3-auction submission basis and any unsold items should be removed within one week of the third auction sale failure. Non removal will accrue storage charges of £10 per week per Lot.
Payment to Vendors
All payments to vendors, on the successfully sold item/s, will be made within 45 days maximum from the date of the sale the items are entered. However, please do bear in mind that payment is made on sold items only and minus any fees.
We do not offer any form of Contra deals.
