VIEWING
All our auction items are on view for each auction on the Thursday and Friday Only, the week prior to the Auction. Viewing appointments are from 10.30am to 3pm.  

Condition Reports
All condition reports that are submitted via EasyliveAuction.com will be responded to prior to the auction, however, during Live auctions we are not able to respond to any condition report requests.

Live Bidding using Easyliveauctions.com
Bids placed using EasyliveAuction.com website will attract an additional charge of 3%, or a £3 flat fee. (subject to vat)

Commission Bidding
If you are unable to take part online during a Live auction or place online absentee bids, you can leave a commission bid with the Auction House. Your bids will be executed on your behalf by the auctioneer who will purchase the lot as cheaply as possible bearing in mind any reserve price and other bids received. We will not, under any circumstance, revert automatically to your maximum bid.

Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of 22.5% is payable on each lot purchased on the hammer price.

Payment and Clearance
Payment is due usually by the Wednesday proceeding the day of the auction. Upon receipt of your invoice, please settle this invoice by Bank Transfer using the information on the invoice. Payment can also be made via credit/debit card either by telephone or in person. Please note that due to excessive fees from the processing company and charge will be added of £1 per transaction.

Goods must be cleared within one week after the auction date.
