All commissions for in-house postage and packing are entirely at the purchasers’ risk and cost. Please note that we can only post small to medium sized parcels, anything large or we perceive to be larger than our delivery service allows, will be required to be sent by courier, again all charges are the buyers responsibility.
We currently offer an in-house postage and packing service on items that are considered robust enough to post. This is at our discretion, please ask staff if you are uncertain.
All items shipped, although we take great care in the packing of each item, is sent at the buyers’ risk and no refund will be made or offered for any breakages as all items are sent uninsured.
Items up to 2kg will be charged at £14 per parcel
Items over 2kg will be charged at £18 per parcel, number of parcels required for the number of items purchased, will be at the discretion of the Auction House and a charge per parcel will be made.
Paintings with Glass will be charged at £25 per parcel

International Postage Service

If you have requested postage and packing for shipping abroad, please make sure you are aware of any import duties due on your parcel. The duties will be your responsibility. Any parcels returned to us due to unpaid import duties will need to be paid for again for the postage before we re-post.
It is not always possible to insure the items, if you are in doubt, please contact us. Please also be aware that insurance for overseas parcels can be very expensive and we will require full payment prior to sending.

Shipping by Courier for Larger Items or Furniture

For items that are not possible to be posted we can arrange, via a local courier service or Shiply to get a quote.

These charges will be added to your invoice.
